The Windsor Southwest Supervisory Union Preschool Collaborative is an effort by the Windsor Southwest Supervisory Union to provide high quality educational opportunities for preschool aged children who are residents of Chester, Andover, Cavendish, Baltimore, Londonderry, Landgrove, Peru, and Weston. Working in conjunction with Essential Early Education, Windsor County Head Start, Stepping Stones Preschool, the Little School, and West River Montessori School, the Preschool Collaborative provides opportunities for students to attend preschool at reduced rates or free of charge. The Preschool Collaborative provides a minimum of ten hours a week of publicly-funded preschool to all 3 and 4 year olds in the district. Mission Statement The purpose of the Windsor Southwest Preschool Collaborative is to create opportunities for all families to have access to quality preschool programs in order to prepare children for their future educational experiences.
